Property corner of 12th & Jackson is a compete eyesore to the neighborhood, yard remains unmowed most of the time, trees have been allowed to grow out of the sidewalk, mothers w/babies in strollers have to go out into the street, and around to get through.

Residents at Lot #74 are dumping their trash behind their trailer and in the woods directly behind their trailer. They have also been seen dumping their trash in the dumpster at Jackson Heights Apartments.

She has contacted manager, Dave Miller repeatedly. They have no fire extinquishers, or drop plates under stove burners, but did not give her name, or apartment number.
