Trash on the lawn and curb. Some of the trash has washed down the street. Caller thinks that residents may be moving.

The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. There is a drain that runs between 4206 & 4208 Lilac that is supposed to run into a ditch that is in front of her house. Everytime it rains the ditch overflows - her whole drive is flooded - up to the middle of her car doors. The whole cul-de-sac is flooded. Please get back to her abouth the situation.
