Former tenant moved out house is empty. Abandonded vehicle, piles of trash & old furniture at the side of the house. Rats in the trash. Door handle on the front door has been wrenched off so anyone can and is going in. Old door, trash, screens, & screen door on back porch. She called BPD when seeing what appeared to be lighters flickering. 2 men were arrested.
In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581.
