Mike Trescone called OOTM on 9/29 to complain about his neighbor's dog. He said the dog is usually left outside between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. and barks constantly. He doesn't know the name of the family that owns the dog, but said their home is directly behind his house at 3421 N. Windcrest. A woman named Susan Park called on 10/20/11 to ask how much longer the Lauren Spierer posters would be up around town. She said she is "tired of living in Spiererville" and many of her friends feel the same way. She said it has been five months since Lauren's disappearance and she doesn't "see the point" of keeping the posters up...especially since Christmas is coming.

Mr. Michael called on 11/28 to complain about unfair treatment by the local court system. He was very angry and began cussing at Diane. When it became apparent he was not going to stop his profanity-laced rant, she hung up on him. Mr. Michael then called back and left an angry voicemail message. At the end of the message, he said someone better clean up this (expletive) or he will...and "that's a promise." Diane forwarded the message to Chief Diekhoff.
