Problem: he feels that HAND is forcing him to either take day off, or hire someone to manage properties for him to meet inspections. Flashing sign advertising Johnny Angels located in front of 830 W. 17th St. The establishment also allows patrons to smoke inside the building. The complainant also complained about the owner running a small gambling casino out of the rear of the building.

Yeakel paid son's pkg tickets & next day a deputy came with writ for her arrest. Yeakel plans a vigorous "anti Bloomington/IU" campaign to expose B'ton as money sucking, illegal pkg operation. (Per Michael Flory, first notice sent 1995 with many notices (& a promise from Yeakel to pay during the last few years. Arrest after payment situation rarely happens. In Monroe County, writs are only used when one is pulled over for speeding or other moving violation.)
