The resident called stating that the crew threw his recycles out on the ground. The resident spoke to Rhea and was verbally abusive to her on the phone. Attempts to call him back were not answered. This resident has yet to return my calls. On Friday a driver was sent and the items wee picked up. The regular crew was spoke to about this and states they did not throw the items out onto the ground.
