LANDOWNER NEVER STAYS ON TOP OF THIS MOWING AND COMPLAINED THAT CITY DOES NOT STAY ON TOP OF THE OWNER TO KEEP IT MOWED. WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DIFFERENT RESULT THIS YEAR. VERY HIGH GRASS.
