There is always 2 cars parked in the yard. Sometimes there is 15-20 cars parked up and down the alley. The tenants seem to be using the alley as parking and it is difficult for anyone to get around them. The house @ 719 1/2 is supposed to have 2 parking places and the girl that lives there never has a place to park due to the front unit. Please call Betty Hart with any updates on this complaint.

Trash in front and back yard
Trash at this address. Neighbors have asked resident several times to take care of trash. Over the weekend dogs got in to the bags and strung in through the neighborhood.
Neighbors aren't setting out trash. Possibily over-occupied. There are six cars in the drive way. Only supposed to be 3.
cars are parking in yard and in alley at 719 W. 3rd St and are blocking other cars from getting through the alley.
