Missed pick-up/ yardwaste: no notice left. Poor Miss Betty's yardwaste was not picked up with her trash and recycling. She's going on vacation on Fri. and does not know what to do.
Woman called in to report that the crews told her 6 months ago to tape a dollar bill to her trash can every trash day. She said that today the crews left her a notice that she needed a sticker. She wanted the trash picked up. Jason went to the address and reported back that there was no evidence that there was ever tape on the can and the can was over weight limit. He suspected a late set out. He picked it up anyway but wanted this of record. R.H.
