Mr. Resch stated that his cable reception is terrible and has been for some time. Mr. Resch stated that he did not receive a satisfactory response when speaking to customer service. Mr. Resch stated that repair would not be able to come to his home for more than one week and was given a 4 hour timetable for service. March 6,2000: Tech crews worked on the feeder line in Clairmont Place and fixed the problem. A service rep verified this with Mr. Resch.
Storm inlets stopped up.
Mr. Chance stated that the new channels have very poor reception. Mr. Chance stated that many of his neighbors have complained of poor reception. Mr. Chance feels that it is terrible that you have to wait for a week for service. Mr. Chance's complaint is long standing problems and long delays for repair. He was contacted on January 3, 2000 by a customer service rep., technicians worked on the feeder line that services Clairmont Place, and Mr. Chance reported that the dignal had cleared up.

Missed pick-up/recycling: Failed to put trash outand wondered if could swing by and pick it up?
Missed pick-up/trash/yard waste: Claims tht sticker bags and 20 gal buckets have been out for two weeks. Asks if they coul be picked up?
