The citizen stated that the property to the left of 411 E. Southern Drive had a house that was torn down approximately 2 months ago. The trash and debris has not been cleaned up.

Brush pile and trash in backyard. There is also a tree in the backyard that is dead. Caller lives at 1808 Oxford and said that it was ok to go on their property to check for violation.
