THE RESIDENTS DO NOT CLEAN IT UP THEY JUST LEAVE IT TO BLOW AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD. hE ALSO STATED THAT THEY SHARE A GARAGE THAT THE THE HALF THAT IS USED BY THE RESIDENTS AT 817 IS FULL OF PAPERS WHICH ATTRACT RATS AND OTHER VERMIN
