3100 S Walnut St Pk apt A25 has a possible fire hazzard, and insect infestation. There is also a smell coming from the apartment. (we cannot require an inspection because title 16 complaints require a signature so please call the management and put them on notice that we have received this complaint and that they may want to look into it. when you have finished this task mark the complaint not-valid SJ)

Neighbors on south side of 1104 have piled up trash on back porch. This is causing a rat infestation. The house south of 1106 also has trash and a matress piled up in yard.
