Ms Fulford left a voice message 8/22/16 indicating the neighbor to the north (521 N Dunn St) has a pump for a spring that shoots water out at least every few minutes and it's pointed toward her house and water has no where to go so just ponds.
Resident is leaving their trash cans and recycle bins out on the tree plot. Moday's are the pick up date.
There are two recycling bins that are out (they are full). The recycling isn't for another week and a half.
