The tenants at 203 E. 10th Street had a dumpster to put their trash in. The dumpster is now gone and the tenants are piling their trash in the alleyway which is being tracked into the yards of the adjoining properties. The smell from the trash is becoming intolerable.
Other/yard waste: The bag was wet from the rain - when picked up the bottom fell out - the bottom portion was left in her driveway.
Missed pick-up/yard waste:
Other/trash: Her trash bag is stickered but she put it inside a plastice container to keep the animals out of it. She took the bag out of the can. Could someone please pidk up. Thanks.

Missed pick-up/recycling: Recycling not picked up. She's lived there for 14 yrs & didn't do anything diffferent than she always has.
Wed. Missed pick-up/recycling: Her cans were picked up but her paper products were not picked up. They are now soaked.
