Wed B/ no notice/per her: Recycling: Is not sure why we did not get her newspapers- were in a brown paper sack.
Ms. Rollins called in and stated that her trash was not collected. Larry Barker went to site and the can weighed 152 lbs. with kitty liter in them. Mr. Barker took the trash and explained why the can was overweight. This is the second week in a row that her trash was overweight.
is a rental property, tenants have moved out, neighbors complaining that tenants set out trash by curb with no stickers. This has been there for a week, per caller.
Residents place out trash and recycling that is not tagged and recycle is not sorted, so sanitation does not pick up and the residents do not take it back in.
No notice left/ missed pick-up/trash: Says she sat it out last Fri. (normal trash day) We did not get, left no notice - please be sure this is gotten for her - thanks.

Lots of trash in front of house.
Owner of 723 says there is a continuing trash problem with 715. The trash and trash cans are by the garage beside the alley. His maintenance crew has cleaned it up several times because his tenants complaint that it spreads into their yard.
Resident called in to say that we forgot her recycling. She gave the address of 3801 E. Tamarron Drive. We verified this address to which she agreed. The Director went out and looked for address over 1 hr to which he could not find. Called resident back and she said that her address is actually 3801 E. Callery Court. She stated that we must have made the mistake. - ddh
