Mr. Thrasher reports that 2 or 3 houses down from his (not sure of their address) there is trash in front of the house. The house has an "Omega" sign in front and is between Henderson and Grant.

Other/trash: Residents are having problems w/cans & stickers being stolen. It happened again last night. If they put bags out early a.m. tomorrow could we please pick up (w/out stickers). They are calling BPD about other.
