Elm Heights Pres. reports rats in the Wyliey/1st St. at Woodlwan area. I called T&D to ask if during theri excavations they ahve seen any rats they said no. So lets make sure ALL weeds, brush piles, and trash are taken care of in this area. Do a total sweep of the area. Call her ASAP and let her know what you are going to do.

Grass/Shrubs at 516 W. Dodds are growing out into sidewalk and blocking the path. Also the house across the street from 810 S. Rogers has a large gutter hanging off of the roof and is causing quite an eye sore.

Trash is being left out in front of unit 642 by the people who live there. The complex supplies dumpsters but for some reason these people put trash in front of their unit.
