Dumpster overflowing at this address. Citizen stated that the dumpster is so full the trash is blowing all over the complex.

Thinks the address is 614 W. 7th. Name on mailbox is Clemmons. The roof has fallen through in the house. Someone is occupying the house. The whole house is full of trash. Trees have grown up through the porch and house roof.
