Grass has not been mowed - weeds along back alley are 8' tall. Debris from roofing garage job left around yard.

Citizen states that tenants moved out over the weekend and left a huge mess. There are no stickers and there is loose trash and beer cans all over the lawn

Since house was torn down they have not taken care of the lot. It is overgrown.

Weeds overgrown on to sidewalk. There is also a house on down on Dodds toward Rogers that is allowing there Spruce trees to grow in to the sidewalk.
