Caller stated that there are overgrown weeds in the back yard of 700 S. Lincoln and there is trash all over the front yard. Caller stated that he picked up the trash for the residents earlier in the week and left it for them in a garbage bag and residents through it back on the lawn.

Apt complex not having trash picked up - 2 weeks without pickup.
Tenant says complex not picking up trash in dumpsters. Landlord says cars are the problem -- tenant says not a problem. Tenant also says dumpsters too close to apts.

Residents at 415 S. Woodlawn Ave. stated that the Subway on Woodlawn has a lot of trash out side in the dumpster inclosure and they have seen rats.
