Neighbor said grass is at least a foot tall -- house is vacant. She said owner owns other property in neighborhood and is not mowing them either. She also said same owner is running a "car dealership" out of one house in neighborhood.
No notice left/ other/trash: took stickers, not trash left half can w/trash in it -emptied other can.
