I am not finding where to record my concern of the proposed jail. It should not be in a highly populated residential area that includes an elementary school. There has to be a better location. The one property was rejected due to wrong zoning. I know that zoning can be changed. If it proceeds in this populated area and property values go down, will taxes go down also? The mulching "pilot" confuses me. Several people I know participating have always mulched. So how is this a pilot? I'm happy to sign up to say that I mulch, as I do, but getting people who already mulch to say they like mulching and they were part of a pilot just isn't true? Amy I supposed to sign up? Or just folks who want to try mulching instead of bagging leaves for the first time?

People are acting like the 7 line is done but campus and downtown are only a small section. It's awesome! But we live the east end of town in the Park Ridge area. And it's our understanding the 7 line will go east of campus and connect through us. We are so excited. What is the timeline for this expansion east of campus to make a true east west bikeway? So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. I think the scooter shown in the image improperly parked on a sidewalk in violation of the city of Bloomington's local law. If the company is not cited and fined, I'd like to receive an explanation for the reason why not within a reasonable time.
