Cars parked in bike lane at Jordan hall bus stop
went downtown to shop for the holidays. Was late to the meter by 5 minutes. got a $20 ticket. Goodbye downtown. Hello amazon. Cheaper, easier, and they don't give these outrageous fines. Thought you might want to know. I am sending a letter to the Book Corner, and another to Goods for Cooks, to let them know they will never see me again. Not a great idea on your part, if you asked me. For the sake of downtown and these businesses, I hope I am wrong. But I doubt it.
There is a green sedan that has been sitting abandoned and vandalized on Pine street between Kirkwood and 6th for many months. It ought to be towed.
Traffic headed south on Washington is no longer forced to stop. Street parking on the northwest corner of the intersection makes it dangerous for cross traffic to pull through the intersection on 6th. There are bound to be accidents.
Put 2 quarters in meter, no time registers, still blinks red. See pic for meter number.
There is an illegally parked car on 9th St just east of Walnut. It has been parked there since Friday evening and is impairing visibility to the alley.
Parking meter #7650 buttons don't work.
Since you have implemented meters, I have only gone downtown a few times a year. It'd be nice if you posted signs where parking is free. To figure out where there is free parking in this town is almost impossible. Why not parking holidays during the summer for residents?
Meter malfunction. Put in several quarters but time didn't increment. Was only 8 pm. Didn't get ticket though
Meter post vandalized; E6TH404B meter stolen.
