Tree at Sare & Mill Stone Way damaged by contractor work and city work over several months. Looks like all the work is finally done. Tree needs to be taken care of please, i.e., proper trimming of broken and dangling branches, some are cracked making the tree vulnerable to critters and disease. Also, at least one branch is dangling in the line of traffic, it is not safe.

Why isn't there a ramp leading to the observation area for soccer at Twin Lakes? Tonight I witnessed two individuals in wheel chairs at the complex who wanted to watch the soccer games. The first person had to be carried up and down the stairs and the wheelchair was left near the bottom of the stairs. The second person remained in her wheel chair and the person she was with pulled the entire wheel chair up the stairs, step by step. Why can't the city build a ramp for everyone to use to get up to the observation platform? This is not accessible for people in wheel chairs and it needs to be addressed. Thank you for your time.
Large branch has broken off maple tree at NW corner of 7th and Maple and is hanging precariously. High winds this afternoon and evening could cause it to injure someone. Hard to see in my photo but it is definitely broken off.

I noticed on the accessible bump-out that there is a rail to help prevent wheelchairs from ending up in the lake. My suggestion is that all of the bump-outs should have this same safety railing. My son is in a power wheelchair that is more than capable of making it to the smaller bump-outs. Thank You, Douglas Toms

Hi, It seems there maybe miscommunication within the chain of command or not a 100% buy-in to "best practice" or a little of both. Report #181846 described a problem and its location. Unfortunately the problem has not been addressed in any way. However, it does look as though some one came through with a leaf blower and cleared the cypress leaves that had covered the trail further up towards Southeast park, next to tennis court entrance and wood post. I do very much appreciate that as the the pavement is very bumpy there in the corner and can cause loss of control of bike or scooter as well as trip walkers. I don't have construction experience but have used a shovel in the yard and that is probably all it would take. Just a shovel and one person to remove some soil blocking the current grade from working properly. If that isn't the solution how about adding a thin layer of pavement so runoff goes the other direction. I believe this was done on Renwick trail, there are patches of pavement here and there. The door latch on the porter pottie has broken. The door can’t lock now. This is at Winslow Woods. Plus, there is a syringe and plastic bottles in the toilet bowl! Please put a trash can and sharps container in this porter pottie.
