this is actually a brush pile of about six feet tall (per the caller)that has been set out by the street. the neighbors are calling in complaining about the pile. the neighbor that phoned in stated that she was not sure if the pile was from this address or from 1201 W. 7th St...they are next door to one another. This place is trashy on and off all the time. Please keep an eye on it for the next few months.
Resident was written up 4/26/11, 3/8/11, and 5/17/11 due to not having stickers attached to bags/cans

The bushes have grown over onto the sidewalk and the pine trees need to be trimmed above the sidewalk.
Pine and privet trees have grown over the sidewalk; must turn sideways or walk in street to get by. Feels dangerous at night.
caller said the house has been painted and paint chips are everywhere. he said the house is old and the chips may contain lead.
no stickers on trash, constantly setting trash out with no stickers. the crossing guard called in that works in that area stating the the kids are having to walk out past the pile of trash and on the roadway to get to school. Written up on 2/6 and 3/20 for no stickers.
5 apts, doesn't get city pickup, mattress, bags of trash by side of road,bottles, etc.
House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.
