People are living here, they are dumping trash and it smells so bad like pee and poop

There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.

The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.

There was a storm and parts of their tree branches have fallen down. It's now become weedy and a hazard for someone to come out and check utility boxes in the area.

The privacy fence on the southeast corner is falling down and parts are missing. This is allowing people to use this as a short cut on to private property that borders the back of the apartment. Attempts to contact the apartment have fallen on deaf ears.

The roof of this house has holes as large as beachballs, with racoons coming and going through them. Check the SW corner of the roof.

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. City ally I keep 2/3 mowed used to be 3/4 but overgrowth keeps on coming. Poison Ivy is also growing in the overgrowth. To my knowledge, no one has touched it this growing season. It’s out of control. It is also in the way of the service I pay to mow the city alley , my yard and the tree lot out front. I also have concerns about the growth on the side of the house that is entwined in the utility lines.

Garbage is all over the back of the lot. It looks like a dump. It is covering the woods and smells really terrible. There has been a person(s) living back there and they have a restraining order against them. The property is covered with trash, food, furniture, and needles. It is a hazardous area. The woods keep it covered during this time of the year, but when the leaves are gone it is really obvious that it is being used as a place to live.
