Lawn has invasive weeds in lawn growing 6 ft high (over 8 inches of overgrowth per city regulation)on the North side of the property. The weeds are also growing up against the house and spreading into neighbor's property to the North. Grass is usually un-mowed and over 8 inches high. I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Thanks Sharon Yarber
