They mow the front, but there is trash and dead trees in the yard and garden hoses lying on top of the house that I am told have been there for over five years. The entirety of the side of the home facing us is covered with vines, including the windows and the vines are beginning to grow onto the roof. We have an amazing quantity of skunks here, which may be because they raise bees, and I have heard they are building chicken coops.

This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. Trash: Other: The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.

The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. On the south side of E Cottage Grove, between numbers 714 and 712, there is poison ivy (among the other vines) on a tree on private property not too far from the sidewalk. The house in the photo is 712, but upon looking at the maps and street view, I think the tree is on the 714 property. I figure I can leave that to you to figure out officially.
