Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

Resident has been written up several times in the last month for using a can that is larger than code allows and for placing large items on the curb with no tags.

Caller has multiple complaints. Rubbish, generally unkempt, sidewalk blocked by eroded soil. Please check to see if there are issues we can address or refer to appropriate department.
