When the new apartment opened, there was no spaces included for parking. So now the occupants park on driscoll and block east bound traffic from Walnut to Washington. It is very dangerous to people that turn onto Driscaoll and are met with oncoming traffic. On sunday nights when other residents put out the trash and recycle, it is even worse.

The property owner or tenant here is throwing his yard waste into the un-used alley. This causes difficulty for those who use the alley for a walking path.

The area where we park on the side of the road (if coming off of 7th street heading towards 5th, on the right side) is pretty rutted up and turns into a big mud hole when it rains. It looks like it just needs more gravel.
