Residents at the NE corner of N. Washington St. and 10th Street are leaving their trash and recycables on the sidewalk on the north Washington street side.

Alleges that address in question has had 6 bags of trash in yard for over a month. Bags are being torn up by weather & animals and trash is scattering.
Illegal dumping
Garbage piling up and hypodermic needles have fallen out of bags at the rear of the property. Property is located at the daycare center (directly across from 625 W. Duncan).
Trash and litter scattered everywhere at the northeast corner of Washington and Dodds.
Trash cans left out at street all week.
Trash, construction blocks, push mower, milk containers in the yard for over a year. Mattress in the driveway.
Tenant who lives upstairs leaves trash at the bottom of the steps next to the building. Trash is starting to pile up.
Manager of Terra Trace Apts. reports that a person named Jase Burkhart, 403 1/2 E. 15th St., bags his trash and puts it on the lawn, on the south side of Terra Trace on 15th St. She reported that this is happening every 2 or 3 days by the same person (Burkhart).
Mr. Costello reports illegal dumping behind the warehouse located 423 S. Washington St. He reported that the dumpster is locked, but that someone has dumped 10 bags of trash on top of the dumpster. Mr. Costello thinks that the dumpster will be emptied again on Wednesday.
