Hi! The street sign for West 6th Street and Pine Street has been leaning precipitously and looks to be close to falling down. The bar holding up the signs itself is OK, but the green signs on the top with white lettering indicating the street names is the part that looks like it's about to fall off. Would it be possible to send someone soon to fix it before it does? Thank you very much!
The yellow hazard sign on the traffic calming circle at W 7th and N Pine has been hit by a car and is destroyed.
Street signs (green ones) located at the intersection of Rector Road and Rector Place is completely faded and unreadable for motorists.
The "Do Not Enter" signs facing West 6th Street on Pine are very faded - time to replace them?
light is broken...cycles on and off over and over. this is a main thoroughfare--unsafe and annoying.
This is in regards to the 11/21/16 report I made. REQUEST # 11687264 Outdoor light located at 800 W Kirkwood Ave. has still not been repaired. It is in the same condition it was this fall. The light comes on for maybe 2 minutes at a time, then goes out for 10 minutes and starts the cycle again...first it flickers in an amber color and it at its full brightness for again, about 2 minutes. This is a main road in town and serves many people on foot. It is as unsafe as it is annoying. Please fix asap. Thank you!

The light is directly out front of the blue with limestone house/ former location of Found (consignment/antique store), north side of Kirkwood at 800 W Kirkwood Ave, west corner of N Maple St....catty corner across the street from Uel Zing coffeehouse. There are still a 4 or more lights out on the opposite side of 5th street across from Rose Hill cemetery. In addition after you make the turn to do south at the nearby intersection, there are at least 2 or 3 lights that have "dimmed" (I don't know what this means but I assume they are defective) that are on the right side of the road in near to Hinkle's Hamburgers. Let's get Duke on this, we pay them to do it.
There are at least 2 street lights out near this area. The first is on the north side of Kirkwood just about to the point you would turn south at the light. The next is near the little hamburger store (on that side of the street) just as you turn west onto west 3rd street
