This report is for the person that created #192463, in case they are checking on status. What you have reported has been reported before and obviously nothing has been done. The same thing has happened to others and me. I don't know what would constitute negligence on the city's part but... they have dropped the ball on this one. My $.02 is fixing the deep dip and drastically uneven surface at the intersection (that's what took me out) would be the least, installing a reflective post at the corners would be even better, or better yet a railing. Thank you for reporting your friend's experience and I hope they are not gravely injured and are doing okay. With any luck this will be addressed.

There are homeless encampments in the shut down parking lot of Arby's. The encampments have been growing daily and causing concerns for nearby businesses.

The 2 hybrid elm trees in front of our house are dying. I think there are the same tree across the street that are dead. Can you please evaluate the possibility of removing them? Thank you.

My neighbor at address 2131 S Bent Tree Drive just reported two dead trees on City property that are leaning towards both of our houses. Within the past 10 mins, another dead tree just split in half and half of it fell against other trees leaning towards our homes. Please add more signage to 3rd and Rogers St. to discourage through traffic on W 3rd St. especially large trucks and vehicles with trailers. 4th St. & 3rd St. & Howe are all designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan. They are to be “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. I am asking if a similar sign could be newly added to the two sign posts at Rogers that are of a picture of a black truck with a red circle crossing it out, add the written signs underneath that, is that possible? Thanks.
