Tree debris from a walnut tree that was damaged in the storm, by another tree falling onto it. Tree debris has been cut down and piled by the edge of our property by the road. A large pile.

looking for resolution from previous case #182211. Can someone please reach out to me about a curb potentially going around my property to stop the trucks, cars, and standing water from eating away at my yard.
I submitted a ticket yesterday, but I moved a little more from the back of the yard up to the edge of the property today. I wasn’t certain if I needed to submit a second ticket for that or not. It was the same address, just a different pile. Also, is anyone going to call before they come here?
