This is a continuing problem at 601 S. Woodlawn (the address above is as close as I could get on your map). Two weeks ago two large dead trees were causing a hazard, dropping limbs. Trees are covered with vines but have been dead for a long time. They continue to drop dead limbs. There is also a bad patch of poison ivy near the sidewalk, creating yet another hazard.
At the intersection of E. 2nd St. and S. Woodlawn Ave., Westbound traffic is frequently running or failing to stop at the stop sign due to A tree obscuring the stop sign’s visibility. This is a school zone and there is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic , many of whom are wearing headphones, between the IU campus and Bryan Park.
Somehow the leaves in front of my house and my neighbors on either side as well as those on Park toward Maxwell were all missed. We had them raked in time but the truck must have just missed this block
downed branches on Park and on 1st (also see across street on Park and on 1st as well as at Woodlawn/1st)
Limbs from storm from my house and neighbors stacked between the drives on maxwell
Tree branches for cleanup
Growing pothole in front of 912 + 916 E Maxwell
broken limbs due to high wind
The stop sign is partially covered by shrubs and they need to be trimmed. People run this stop sign all the time. Please make sure the stop sign is fully visible. On woodlawn headed NORTH at E Maxwell Lane and Woodlawn intersection.
