Mr. Richard Clemmons, lives across street @ 1208 and called to complain about groundhogs all over 1205 and coming into his garage, he called animal control and they told him to call us, unless they enter his home. (?) At any rate he said the abandoned home has not been lived in for 10+ yrs and door is boarded up and he state looks like roof is caving at one corner.
No electricity and no water.
neighbor phoned in that trash is piled up in shed beside/behind house--stated you can see it from maple/kirkwood side. thanks

Backyard: broken glass and other debris, overgrown brush and weeds, limbs everywhere
backyard: overgrown weeds and brush, small bits of rubish in yard
backyard: pile of debris, stack of old tires, trash all over backyard, overgrown brush & weeds
Trash on sidewalk and furniture on sidewalk.
Roof has fallen in, homeless living in house, open structure.
