Lots of trash and numerous toppled shopping carts in wooded area near sidewalk on southeast side of intersection of Clarizz Blvd and Buick Cadillac rd. Maybe a unhoused encampment. Trash is getting worse on daily basis.

I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. Huge homeless encampment growing by the week they’ve already burnt these woods down once are we waiting for round two
Rotting pile of rug? Jute? Been there all summer. In the tree plot.
Rental (duplex) has been vacant since Aug 2023. Since end of May 2024 there has been trash piled on the porch and backyard, left by squatters. It was cleaned up in June and trash is there again. Also it appears that someone is living in the back garage, which does not have doors and was supposed to be boarded up by the owner.
Alley way between N. Washington an N. Lincoln is very overgrown for pedestrians and vehicles.
The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.
West end of the retaining wall on north side of the property (Cottage Grove side) has degraded so much so that the capstone is no longer supported by underlaying stone and could fail if any significant pressure is placed on it, such as someone sitting or stepping on it. It is adjacent to the former driveway.
