I had a voice mail stating that the caller was apparently transferred to the wrong department but perhaps I could send information to appropriate department. The caller stated that they were calling regarding the street cut on College just south of 10th Street. Caller advised the "road cut was absolutely ridiculous" and "needs to be fixed". There was no name/number left on voice mail.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
