Claims a "minor crime wave" in Prospect Hill - cars broken into, thefts from porches. Papergirl said she's called BPD when she seen people breaking into cars but they do not respond. Wanted police reports of incidents in area, was told it would cost $5/hr and couldn't be done for a year. Also told City is divided into quadrants - should be divided by neighborhoods so we can track trends.
