This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Water is slowly but continuosly leaking from the house at 501 South Mitchell across the Eastside neighborhood pocket park into the storm water runoff ditch. The leak location is close to the house's sewer cleanout and so possibly a sewage leak.
