This is the fourth time that this resident has been written up for trash violations since 12-14-2011.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
