Dark car parked on west side of street on sidewalk
A house located at the corner of East Wylie Street and S. A car with NY license plates has been parked in this driveway but completely blocking the sidewalk all winter. Tickets have been issued but no change. A new car was there today so the residence does not appear to be vacant, they just seem to be ignoring the citations. It is a steep and uneven area to walk in anyway and having to traverse around this car creates difficulty to anyone with a mobility challenge. Especially when the ground is wet and muddy.
