As of about 3pm today an I-69 sign on the west side of Rogers was bent over blocking the side multi-use path. It is on Rogers just north of Country Club / Tapp.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not.
