center turning lane was installed in front of lake view school and entrance and exit lanes on private property at THE pointe was used to widen road, entrance lanes need to be put back the way they were the new change creates an obstruction of view exiting the pointe if center lane is needed then widen the road by using front of school property that is not used thank you Mike Sears.
There has been activity (underground utility location)and Duke Energy power pole in the easement next to my home at 709 E Wellington Court, 47401. I would like to know what activity (digging?) maybe in the near future. Also there is a underground ATT line to my home that crosses the easement. Thank you

Starview Lane keeps getting skipped by the snow and salt plows. This is city street. I have called and no action taken last week. Now today again no plow or salt. Previous years I have had to call to get service. Please provide a reason this continues to happen and when I can expect service?
I am hoping you can help my daughter and granddaughter. She is having trouble in her neighborhood with vandalism, finding needles in her yard, vagrants, and more. Above her house in the front, and back, are pairs of shoes hanging from the power lines. Four pair to be exact. A known drug dealer was recently arrested in the property behind her home. A request, please send a truck that can reach the low hanging power lines and cut down the pairs of shoes. While some say that this does not mark drug activity, I believe it does in this case and I believe that my daughter is in danger. Her address is 120 E Dixie St in Bloomington. I appreciate your consideration. I live in Arizona and visit your city frequently. Recent events in the area where my daughter lives is troubling. So much so that she is selling the home and leaving the area completely. Thank you for your help. A worker painted on the road at the intersection. The worker was standing on the double lines. I noticed the worker and signaled that I would be negotiating a left turn onto North Drive headed east. The worker walked in front of my vehicle. The worker was unaware of his surroundings, nor had he seemed concerned about using safety equipment, i.e., cones, caution tape, spotters, or hazard lights. I was not traveling at a high rate of speed. However, this could have been a bad traffic accident. I believe the worker's hearing was obstructed as he wore a sweatshirt with a hard hat atop his head.
