This is the third time resident has been written up since 9/1/2011, each time for the can being oversized.

Resident has been written up three times in the last three weeks in regards to the trash can being larger than 35 gallons and the bags/cans not having stickers attached. 950
oversized container. crew has done three courtesy removals; today they left trash in can w/ another write up for oversized can. It is a 45 gallon can. Thanks.
