Resident was written up 6/15, 6/22, and 7/6 for their trash can being too large. Trash has not been picked up at that address as a result.
Caller's mom lives across alley and is 97. Weeds at 606 are so overgrown they have pushed the retaining wall out into the alley & mom is trying to pick blocks up. Also "5 or 6 IU students" living there; occupant load is 3.
Trash, vacuum cleaners, other items in back yard. Neighbor has complained that raccoons are bringing the trash into their yards. Landlady has given permission to go onto property. Also check sewer cleanout cap on N/Side, ceiling siding near front entry, and grass length.
