As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. 210 e 11 th - new tenants moved in and then left town, leaving behind trash bag by front step. Landlord hasn't provided a trash can for these new tenants. No house numbers to identify the house either.
