Many houses South of 202 S. Clark St. leave their trash out (apparently unstickered). Leave garbage cans out all week long. A few bags have been sitting out for an entire week and now dogs are getting in them.
Heilig-Meyers Furniture Co. Complaint stated that 2nd floor exits are continually blocked.
This complaint came through HAND. The citizen stated that as he is going south on Jefferson Street anc comes to the intersection with 5th Street, there is a large bush that obstructs the line of sight. Currently 5th Street stops for Jefferson Street. The citizen did not state which corner but I used 100 N. Jefferson as the address.
There are shrubs at the northeast corner of Bryan Avenue and 5th Street that cause a line of sight problem. Traffic Division at one time trimmed these bushes back but citizen states that there is still a problem. Note: This area is a 4-way stop.
Complaintant states that the problem is at an interection and he didn't know the exacy address. It is at the intersection of E. 5th St. and N. Clark St. there are trees blocking the N. view for buses that drive this area. They can not see oncoming traffic because of these trees.
Bushes (southwest corner) obstructing view of traffic at the intersection of E. 4th St. and S. Bryan.
Bushes are overgrown and obstructing the view for traffic. The bushes are almost covering the stop sign.
Overgrowth of bushes in the alley between S. Jefferson and Bryan Ave. Traveling west in the alley obstructs view of traffic.
Line of sight is blocked on the SW corner of 4th and Bryan.
