Resident called in to state that the crews did not pick up his trash and left notice did not have stickers. He states that crews tore off stickers. Jazzy picked this up on Saturday (12/3)but stated that there were 3 cans with only half stickers. You can tell where they had been cut in half.

20 bags at this address. Animals have ripped the bags open and strung it everywhere. Neighbors are very upset, a ticket should be issued.

Trash piled up on side of yard and on porch. Grass over 12" tall.
The grass is well over 8" tall and there are weeds around the fire hydrant that are over 12" tall. Also, there is trash and litter everywhere and furniture all over the yard-front, side and back.
